It’s always important to take care of the mental health.
 
That’s why, the whole ASB Ukraine team attended a group session named «Preventing emotional burnout».
 
Emotional burnout is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion that occurs due to prolonged stress or overwork. It can manifest itself through fatigue, loss of motivation, increased anxiety, apathy, and even physical symptoms.

Thus, the aim of this psychosocial support group session was to increase awareness as well as self-care practice. During the meeting, participants learned how to recognize the first signs of emotional exhaustion in time, maintain inner balance, and take care of themselves. The psychologist taught practical support techniques and created a safe space for experiences exchange and mutual support.
