Lessons Learned: Reflections and New Horizons of the «Ray of Hope» Project

To discover opportunities for improvement. This was the idea used during the «Lessons Learned» Workshop, which ASB Ukraine team conducted together with partner FRIDA Ukraine under Aktion Deutschland Hilft funded «Ray of Hope» Project.
The lessons learned workshop provided an opportunity for the team members to discuss successes during the project, outcomes, and recommendations for further improvements. The team had possibility to discuss actions that have been done differently, the core causes of challenges that occurred during the implementation process and the ways to eliminate those in future projects.
Note that it is extremely important to hold such kind of events. This practice is conducted in any project and allows to improve both our capabilities and the capabilities of our partners.
