Memorandum on the Horizon: We’re Joining Forces for Emergency Assistance

Recently, a working meeting between representatives of ASB Ukraine and the Department of Economy and International Relations of the Kharkiv Oblast Administration Харківська обласна військова адміністрація was held.
The representatives of our partner Eleos-Ukraine as well as the Coordination Humanitarian Center charitable organization representatives were also participated in the discussion.
During the meeting, the sides reached on the following steps of the project implementation, which is named « Emergency assistances to severely conflict-affected people in frontline areas of Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts and IDPs residing in Central regions of Ukraine.», the purpose of which is to provide financial assistance to internally displaced persons in Kharkiv Oblast. A memorandum of cooperation is expected to be signed soon as well.
