The educational and grant program “Rebuild: Rebuilding for the Future” was launched

On November 12, 2025, the educational and grant program “Rebuild: Rebuilding for the Future” was launched. The program’s main goal is to support the creation, rebuilding and development of the business environment in the Dnipro Oblast.
The program is oriented towards small business development, support for veterans, people with disabilities and internally displaced people. A particular focus is on supporting women entrepreneurs to strengthen and develop their businesses, as well as create new job opportunities.
120 participants were selected out of 217 applications received. The programme brought together individuals from different parts of the Dnipro Oblast, including entrepreneurs from Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro, Kamianske, Pavlohrad, Samara, Vilnohirsk, as well as rural and settlement communities.
Each application included a letter of motivation among other requirements. Participants were selected based on evaluation criteria, including relevance of the business idea and motivation for beginners, or level of business development and digital maturity for experienced entrepreneurs. All participants were selected based on their results obtained as per a scoring system.
The beginners filled out a registration form, provided basic information about themselves and their business idea, as well as a motivation letter, which became the main selection criteria. Experienced entrepreneurs took a test on the digital maturity of their business, filled out a registration form with information about their business and test results, and prepared a short motivational statement on how participation in the programme would help them achieve their business goals.
The high competitiveness in this selection process demonstrates the applicants' willingness to develop and move forward despite all challenges, to remain resilient and focused regardless of circumstances, confirming their desire to make the most of the programme's opportunities.

We would like to remind you that the educational grant programme includes support for the development of existing businesses and support for those just starting up their own businesses. Participants will have the opportunity to complete four modules covering topics such as business operations and development, leadership, digitalisation, resource optimisation and much more. They will also have the opportunity to create business plans and presentations of their ideas, and the top twenty will receive grants for their implementation.
