Project “Emergency assistance to conflict affected populations in Eastern Ukraine” (14 February 2018 – 13 June 2019)

Within the framework of the project “Emergency assistance to conflict affected populations in Eastern Ukraine” (14 February 2018 – 13 June 2019), vulnerable people in the 5-km zone along the ‘contact line’ (government-controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts) received necessary food, hygiene and winterization assistance.

The project was implemented by ASB in consortium with French non-governmental organization ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) and SSU (Samaritan Union of Ukraine). The project goals were successfully achieved, as the food security and preparedness to winter of project beneficiaries has substantially improved due to project measures.

The project was funded by the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany.
