ASB is distributing food and hygiene kits to conflict-affected people in the frontline areas of Donetsk and Kharkiv regions and providing cash to internally displaced people (IDPs) living in the central regions of Ukraine (Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions) to cover basic needs, ensure stable livelihoods, and improve conditions during the winter

Project title: Emergency assistances to severely conflict-affected people in frontline areas of Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts and IDPs residing in Central regions (Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia oblasts) of Ukraine.

Target group: In total, 26.000 people will benefit from the project.  In front-line areas, the individuals   of the project will be elderly, people with disabilities and female headed households and other war-affected families who could not leave their houses. In central regions of Ukraine, the project targets IDPs that are not covered by other humanitarian actors.
